An internet service technician has been arrested after he was accused of propositioning a woman for sex during a service call at her home in West Melbourne. 59 year old Devon Bell, who according to published reports was working for AT&T, showed up Tuesday to fix a problem with the router in the woman’s bedroom. She told police, that after he finished the job, he had her sit on the bed and inappropriately touched her. The woman captured the incident on the camera on her cell phone, and police viewed it, then arrested Bell yesterday afternoon. He now faces charges, including attempted sexual battery and false imprisonment after admitting that the woman’s allegations were true. Bell is now behind bars at the Brevard County Jail.
