So Far So Good With Hurricane Season

We are now just about a month into Hurricane Season, and late Wednesday, the National Hurricane Center said forecasters are watching two areas of potential development in the North Atlantic Ocean. They say the first is about 400 miles south-southeast of Bermuda, where conditions are thought to be right for slow development as it moves north over the next few days. It has only been given a 10% chance of development though in the next two days and a 20% chance of development in the next five days. The second is a weak area of low pressure associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy which is not expected to redevelop. Neither one of them is currently any threat to Florida, and that’s good news.
