Forecasters warn that strong to severe weather will likely arrive in Central Florida today. A squall line is expected, bringing isolated strong to severe storms with damaging winds as the primary threat. The highest risk area will be northwest of Orlando, but strong winds will impact the rest of us, including all of us right here along the Space Coast. Storms are predicted to start around 11am and clear out by 8pm. Again, the worst of the weather will remain north and west of us, but we will feel some more strong winds, along with some possible rain today. It’s also going to be hot, with a high later today topping out around 90 degrees.
