A Palm Bay man has been charged with First-Degree Murder in connection with his father’s death. 23 year old Brandon Cain is accused of killing his father, 52 year old Daniel Cain Jr. following an argument involving alcohol that took place on July 3 at their Palm Bay home. Cain is being held behind bars in the Brevard County Jail with no bond. Police say they have discovered video footage of the actual shooting, which shows Brandon Cain shooting his father multiple times. This case is one of two homicides now under investigation in Palm Bay involving a child killing a parent.
