An investigation is underway in Melbourne, after the body of a man was found in a Sarno Road parking lot. Melbourne police say 39-year-old Westly Lopes was discovered dead… lying in the parking lot of Mugs Pub on Sarno Road. They say he had suffered from at least gunshot wound. Detectives are now reviewing surveillance footage. So far, they say they have confirmed that Lopes was not a patron of the bar. The shooting they say, is not believed to have been random.
