Operation Stonegarden Leads to 18 Immigration Detentions in Brevard

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office says 18 people believed to be in the country illegally were detained during Operation Stonegarden, a joint enforcement effort with federal and state agencies. Sheriff Wayne Ivey says those detained are being processed through federal immigration procedures.

Police Hall of Fame Building Sold in Titusville

The former Police Hall of Fame building in Titusville has been sold for $10.95 million to Knight LLC, the company behind Knight’s Armament. The museum closed in March and remains the subject of a county audit and a Brevard County Sheriff’s criminal investigation into the use of public grant money awarded for an expansion project.

NASA Awards Lunar Mission Contracts Worth Nearly $600 Million
