Sex Offender Arrested After Dog Abandoned in Brevard County
47 year old Alain Magloire is being held without bond after deputies say surveillance video showed him abandoning a dog in a Brevard County parking lot. Sheriff Wayne Ivey says data from Magloire’s court-ordered GPS ankle monitor also placed him at the scene. He faces animal abandonment and probation violation charges.
