54 year old Michael Barnard of Palm Bay is facing charges after Brevard County deputies say he threatened a judge by email following a court ruling. Sheriff Wayne Ivey says Barnard sent two messages indicating he was coming for the judge. Barnard was arrested Friday and was being held without bond.
