Titusville Approves Stormwater Fee Increase
Titusville residents will pay 13 percent more in stormwater fees after the City Council rejected a proposal to double them. The annual residential charge will rise from about 160 dollars to 181 dollars. Officials say the smaller increase will not fund major long-term flood-control projects.
