Execution Set for Indian River Deputy’s Killer
77 year old William Reaves Junior is scheduled for execution October 20th for the 1986 murder of Indian River County Sheriff’s Corporal Richard Raczkoski. Reaves was convicted of shooting the 29 year old deputy four times after he responded to a 911 call west of Vero Beach.
