A Sebastian man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for the 2019 murder of Sebastian River High School student Logan Spencer. 23 year old Elisha Martin, who initially faced first-degree murder charges, pleaded no contest to second-degree murder and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Spencer was reported missing in February 2019 and later found dead from a gunshot wound. Investigators linked Martin to the crime through surveillance footage and evidence recovered from his home, including the suspected murder weapon and marijuana.
