Further Delays For Crew 9 Flight

NASA and SpaceX have now postponed the launch of the Crew-9 mission to the International Space Station to no earlier than Thursday, September 26. The delay is due to ongoing prelaunch operations and weather monitoring at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The mission will see NASA astronaut Nick Hague, making his third spaceflight, along with a Russian cosmonaut who will be making his first trip to space. The plan is for the two to join the ISS crew. Backup launch dates are set for September 27 and 28. The Crew-9 team will spend about five months aboard the space station conducting research and experiments.
